標準型  銘:　水野正範、現代刀、(刃長: 67.1㎝、反り: 1.6㎝)、防塵2分割口金、駐爪式、柄糸一貫巻き、
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　木鞘(赤茶叩き塗)、目釘一個、尉官刀緒付き。全長: 100.0㎝ 
 
Standard type  Mei: Mizuno Masanori, Gendai-tō, (Blade length: 67.1㎝,  Curvature(Sori): 1.6㎝)
                 Protection-against-dust split throat, Wooden scabbard: Reddish brown semigloss uneven coating,
                 A peg is only one , Spring-clip,  With the company officer knot,  Overall length: 100.0㎝.
      　　　この軍刀は終戦直前に作られたが金具は標準品が使われている。但し、目釘は一個しかない。
This Guntō was made just before the end of the war. However, as for metal fittings, standard goods are used.
This Type 3 Guntō's feature has only one peg.

 陸軍受命刀匠・水野正範
 本名水野貞三郎。明治35年、堺市桜之町生まれ。桜井正幸に師事。 陸軍技術奨励会会長賞、入選２回、日本刀展覧会佳作。栗原彦三郎謹選「聖代刀匠位列表」上工の列大業物(関脇格)。
 
Mei: Sakai-ura-jyū Mizuno Masanori Saku　Signature 
Ura-mei: August, 1945.
Mizuno Masanori: Army commission swordsmith. 
He wins an army technical encouragement society chairman prize.
